Redwood MS - Viking Voice #18

We have five school days remaining until winter break. School will be closed for break starting Monday, December 22nd through Monday, January 5th. Note that CVUSD secondary schools do not resume classes until TUESDAY, January 6th, 2026.

• Monday 1/5 is a teacher prep day for semester two. This is for middle school and high school campuses only.

Let's show our school spirit and dress up every day this week. We look forward to seeing everyone participate as we celebrate the last week of school before break! Go Vikings!

• Semester 2 ends FRIDAY, December 19th. Grades will be posted on Q Connect after winter break.
• Reminder that grade 8 students must pass English and Math each semester in order to be eligible for end of year activities, including walking in the promotion ceremony in June. See your counselor if you have questions.

Reminder that forms and payment are due to the Redwood Office by Friday, December 19, 2025. The only exception with this is the medication authorization form which is due one week before your student's departure date.

• If you need replacement paperwork, forms are available in the Redwood main office and can also be printed from the Outdoor School Website. Payment may be made via cash/check in the main office or online via the Redwood Store.
• Students with last names starting with the letters A through K attend camp January 27-30.
• Students with last names starting with the letters L through Z attend camp February 3-6.
