Recognitions
During last night’s Board Meeting, we had the honor of recognizing the Argyle South Elementary PTA Board President, Casey Tidwell, and fellow board members for their outstanding state-level achievement! The Argyle South Elementary PTA was recognized by the Texas PTA for achieving the Highest Growth Percentage of PTA Membership Year-Over-Year in the entire state, nearing an astonishing 700 members this year! We are incredibly proud of their dedication and commitment to fostering family and community engagement in support of our students and staff.

The School Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) is the state’s financial accountability system designed to ensure that public schools are managing taxpayer funds responsibly and efficiently. The system encourages districts to maximize resources for direct instructional purposes while maintaining strong fiscal stewardship.
Argyle ISD is proud to announce that, for the 23rd consecutive year, the district has earned a Superior Rating — the highest distinction awarded by the State of Texas.
