It was a great day recognizing our student's achievements at our 1st Convocation, Rocking-the-School with many halloween themed engaging activities in classrooms, and finishing up our final read-a-thon rewards!

I know many of your students have been talking about our student leadership job application. If your student is interested they have until Sunday night to submit their applications. Teachers will have the next week to review applications, conduct interviews, and make their final selections. Students should begin learning their new job responsibilities on 11/1.

I have started highlighting students who are being successful in their extra curriculars outside of school on the morning announcements. If you ever snap a video of your child doing something exceptional at sports, dance, gymnastics, music, church, or in the community please share it with me so I can highlight them for exemplifying the 7 Habits outside of school.
