Filling Buckets, Saving Starfish, and Practicing the Fish! Philosophy
Over the years, we have embraced and been inspired by these lessons. This year, let's review all three and combine them to create a learning environment where ALL people feel supported, respected and loved and where EVERYONE can be joyful and purposeful.
Building a supportive community involves fostering relationships based on empathy, trust, and care. When people feel supported, they are more likely to take risks, express their thoughts, and engage in meaningful ways, leading to personal growth and a positive learning experience.
Combining these three lessons, you can create a learning environment that values and respects the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of all individuals.
