Do you know about the seal of biliteracy?
High schools throughout the area are granting students with seals of biliteracy when they demonstrate proficiency in multiple languages. It's beneficial to think about this before middle and high school, so families can plan ahead.

💡 Parent Moves: One-on-One Time 💡
Most of you have multiple kiddos in your life, and each little one is different. Have you thought about one on one time with them? This gives your little one the opportunity to get to know you better, and it gives them the opportunity to do what they want without having to negotiate with a sibling.
Give one-on-one time a try soon!
Talk to your little one about courage
The guides below help you have great family conversations about courage. If we don't talk about this at home, our little ones may not know that you value it and see how courage has helped your life. One way to think about Courage is “choosing what is helpful, right, and kind even when it is hard or scary.” Courage can look a little different for everyone.
Do you like to play basketball?
Countryside PTO is holding a fundraiser on May 1, 2026 at BHS. Sign up for a 3-on-3 basketball tournament!
