January 2024

No matter how you celebrate the holiday season, we hope everyone has a safe, healthy and wonderful time with their loved ones during this break. We are excited to see everyone in 2024!

Central's wonderful students earned an all school Winter Wonderland event by filling our fish tank with cub tickets. Cub tickets are earned by doing one of the parts of our mission statement: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe, Be a Panther!

We have students every year who get to shop with a cop and they always come back with huge smiles and lots of stories. I'm not sure if the students or cop have more fun, but its always a good time.

We are in need of some items that we use regularly. If you are able to donate any of these items, we would really appreciate it.

• Tissues
• Bleach wipes
• Elastic waisted shorts and pants

Winter has come whether we like it or not. Make sure your student comes to school with all the necessary cold weather gear every day. Even if there is not snow on the ground, please send your child with boots or an extra pair of shoes for inside the classroom. If your student is in need of some gear, please let us know because we do have some to give away.

Thank you to everyone who bought pizza from Hungry Howie's last Monday. Mrs. Monroe's class was the class with the most orders and they will celebrate with a pizza party after break. We have earned $1017.00 so far this year from this fundraiser, WOW!

Our next fundraiser day is Monday, January 15th.
