Each week we will highlight one of our most Frequently Asked Questions:
Early Dismissal / End-of-Day Changes
Email or Call the office 651-351-6800 if you:
● Need to pick up your child early (ex: doctor appt)
● Need to change your child’s after school plans (ex: parent pick up instead of the bus)
● Please do not enter early dismissal changes into PowerSchool, call or email the office!
● Please do not email your teacher any same-day changes during the school day: teachers frequently do not have access to their email until after dismissal. Office staff will ensure a message gets to your student!
We will communicate these changes to your student’s teacher and (if needed) ensure your child
is waiting for you in the office, ready to go!
All-Day or Late Arrival Absences
Reporting before 7:30 a.m.? Please Log onto PowerSchool for the following:
● Your child will be absent all day
● Your child will arrive late (ex: dr appointment in the morning)
● You may also call the Attendance line 651-351-6810 before 7:30 a.m.
Reporting after 7:30 a.m.?
● Call the health office 651-351-6801 to report absences / late arrivals
● The attendance line and PowerSchool are not regularly monitored after 7:30 a.m.
● Automated calls for unexcused absences begin dialing at 8:25 a.m.
● Attendance updates reported after 8:25 a.m. will likely result in an automated call.
Picture Day is coming on Wednesday, September 2!
Your child can also bring their completed flyer with cash or check on Picture Day. Orders after Picture Day must be placed online on mylifetouch.com (no cash or checks are accepted after 9/2/26).
PTO meetings

PTO is once again offering Lily Lake apparel for purchase.
Order forms are due to school no later than September 10, 2026.

Pony Homecoming Carnival
Mark your calendar for this FREE, family-friendly event on Friday, Sept. 25 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Stillwater Area High School. All ages are invited to join us for traditional carnival games and activities, prizes, inflatables, and food trucks just before the football game.
Volunteers are needed to help out with games. Sign up online.
