• Designer Bag Bingo - Friday, March 6 @ 6:30 p.m. - new this year: in addition to playing bingo for some amazing bags, we’ll also be playing a couple games for some power tools!

• Pretzel Day is Friday, March 6 (moved from Thursday); orders are due Wednesday, March 4 and forms will go home soon; return order forms and cash or order online at reeceville.givebacks.com!

• Comedy Night! - we’re hosting a Comedy Night at The Borough in Downingtown on Wednesday, March 25 - save the date and be prepared for some laughs!

The Future Leaders decorated the bags for the bus drivers, and they were packed up last night. Thank you all for helping with this push to show a little love for our drivers and to maybe help encourage them to give out some bus raptor tickets. More to come about the bus raptor tickets! I appreciate all of you and your generosity to get this done!

It’s almost here! It’s our final week of Kids Heart Challenge! Our in-school event is this Friday! We are having a blast learning how to keep our hearts and minds healthy and happy through jump roping activities. I’m so proud of our students and families. Together, our efforts will help to save lives!

There’s still time to help us reach our goal of 100% of families completing Finn’s Mission, learning the lifesaving skill of Hands-Only CPR and earning your lifesavers cape. Please complete Finn’s Mission (if you haven’t already) by this Friday, February 27.

Here’s how you can help:

• Register: heart.org/schools or download the free AHA Schools app on your device or simply scan the QR code at the top of the page.
• Complete Finn’s Mission: Complete all 7 steps and be entered to win two Super Bowl tickets!
• Make a donation: You can do this online or send money in with your student. Money can be handed in to your student’s teacher who will give it to Mrs. Kinsey. This will earn your student cool prizes!

The 2nd grade classes participated in a Virtual Field Trip to Longwood Gardens! They participated via Zoom with an educator from Longwood Gardens and were able to interact with another 2nd grade class! The students had such a great time!
