Families, our lower campus is having some much-needed asphalt work done on our playground. They will be working this over the weekend as well as on Monday and Tuesday to be ready for students on Wednesday.

Sorry if there is some construction going on for "Meet the Teacher" on Tuesday.

We are so happy to have these improvements for our students. We will also be painting new lines for the playground following the work. The game lines will look bright and new when we are finished.

Our quarter mile track is finished and looks awesome. Thanks to the district.

Morning Drop off is at 8:45 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday and at 9:00 on Wednesday

Afterschool Pickup is at 3:55PM

We have 2 approved drop off and pick up areas at our school.

In front of the office we have 2 options,

• drive up flow. Please remain in your car and pull up to the curb to drop off your children. We have a duty there to help students if needed. At the end of the day, we have a double line, please remain in your car and our staff will load your children quickly and safely into your car. We try to move this line as efficiently as possible so that we do not back up onto Eagle Road.
• You may also park your car in the lot and escort your child(ren) across the parking lot at the crosswalk onto campus. Please use the crosswalk and do not cut in front of our moving line of pull through cars. We will have a duty with a stop sign to help with drop off and pick up.

Mission Drive across the street from the lower campus. You make park on the street and walk your children or unload and load. We have a cross-walk duty to help students cross Mission and Eagle Roads. For the safety of all please have your children use the crosswalks and not run across the road when it is clear.

Our lower campus parking lot is closed from 8:40am-9:05am and 3:30pm-4:15pm, when busses are pulling in and out. The driveway is not large enough for cars and busses to enter and exit together. Outside of those times parents may use the lot.

Eligible students needing a bus during the 2026-2027 school year must fill out the Request for Transportation form when registering or updating your PowerSchool information.

Bus stop assignments will be available in the My Ride K-12 app. New stops will not be added during the first 2 weeks of school, however eligible students will be allowed to use existing stops during that initial window.

The first week of school parents are allowed to escort students to the playground and help them find their classrooms. The following week we ask families to adhere to our closed campus policy.

Closed Campus Policy: Parents are not allowed on campus during school hours, 8:45AM -4:10PM, unless they are volunteering and have signed in through the office. Parents who are signed in receive a badge so we can easily identify them as a safe person. If your child is having a hard time transitioning, please reach out to your classroom teacher for support.

Teachers love our volunteers. There will be opportunities to volunteer in the classroom, sign up slots will be available at our August 27th Back to School Night. All volunteers have to read the volunteer handbook and sign the Volunteer Application, Disclosure and Acknowledgement Statement and turn into the office before helping in the classrooms. Thank you!
