Mid-Year Transcript Requests
Check Naviance or the College portals to determine if a MYT is required. You must request the MYT. IT IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO COLLEGES.
The Mid-Year Transcript is the transcript that includes your first semester grades and is used to update colleges AFTER sending your initial transcript.
Read below for instructions and guidance on this process if a college you have applied to is requiring a mid-year transcript:
- If you applied early action/decision to a college and got accepted, you generally don’t need to send a MYT. As always, check the college's website to be sure.
- If you applied early action/decision to a college and got deferred, you should request a MYT be sent to that college.
- All MYTs must be requested using the Wheeler Midyear Transcript Request Form. Please pay on MyPaymentsPlus first, before completing the MYT request form. If you qualify for a fee waiver, please indicate on the form when requesting your MYTs.
- Any required forms, such as the Common App Midyear Report, will be completed and submitted with MYTs.
- You can continue to request initial transcripts in Naviance for any colleges to which you have not already sent transcripts. All transcripts sent from now on will include your first semester senior grades. As a reminder, click here for the steps to request an initial transcript.
Please reach out to your assigned counselor with any questions.

North Georgia Military Recruiting Event for Students
The 94th Airlift Wing requests the pleasure of parents' and students’ company for the 2026 North Georgia Military Recruiting Event, on Sat., March 28, 2026, from 1 – 4:30 p.m. on Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta, GA.
Teenagers and their families, as well as young adults up age 25, are invited to the North Georgia Military Recruiting Event to learn more about full- and part-time military service opportunities. Currently in the United States, fewer than 1% of all adults are active-duty service members. This means many children and young adults do not have organic opportunities to speak with our nation’s Soldiers, Airmen, Guardians, Sailors, Marines and Guards about the vast career possibilities offered in the U.S. military service branches.
Representatives from the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Space Force will be available to discuss Active Duty, National Guard and Reserve service opportunities and provide details on the type of benefits members can expect to receive by serving our nation. Attendees will also have the chance to get up close to various military aircraft, vehicles, virtual reality simulators and more, as well as to learn about future tech, engineering, medical, advanced thinking, aeronautical and other career possibilities.
Attendance to this event is limited, and the deadline is Fri. March 13, 2026, so do not delay registration. To register, use the QR code on the flyer below or click the link below the flyer.
Please note, this event is separate from the Georgia Service Academy Day, which is for high school juniors and seniors and their guardians. The North Georgia Military Recruiting Event is open to students in middle school through college, as well as young adults. Applicants who wish to attend both events must register separately for each event.
94th Security Forces personnel will conduct background checks on all requested attendees once RSVPs have been submitted via the registration portal. Approved attendees will be notified by 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs and will receive a formal invitation with parking instructions and additional details no later than Mon., March 23, 2026.
Please direct questions to the 94th Airlift Wing Public Affairs office at 94aw.pav3@us.af.mil with the subject line “NGMRE Question.”
