π¬ A Note from Mr. Zach DeVito
Good Afternoon Jaguar Nation!
Weβve had a jam-packed week full of incredible events! Last Friday, we wrapped up the week with an amazing Halloween Dance, hosting over 700 students in attendance. On Thursday, we celebrated our Pink Out Pep Rally, where our students showcased their talents, and our entire campus came together in support of breast cancer awareness.
Our middle school musical, Beetlejuice Jr., opened last night to rave reviews and was a huge success! Performances continue Friday (10/24) and Saturday (10/25) at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are available at jonesmiddle.booktix.com.
In addition to those events, this week we also hosted our Band Concert, 8th Grade Football, and 8th Grade Volleyball games on campus. It was wonderful seeing so many students, families, and staff come out to support our Jaguars! At Jones Middle School, we strive to cultivate a strong sense of community by creating positive experiences and meaningful events for our students each weekβand this month has truly reflected that commitment.
Next week, weβll celebrate Red Ribbon Week with themed dress-up days each day. This national campaign promotes alcohol, tobacco, drug, and violence prevention awareness. Be sure to check out the flyer below for dress-up details!
Have a great weekend! Go Jags!
