Hello Friends,
I hope you all had an amazing winter break! Here’s a little something you can use next week.
Each week, I meet with my administrators and counselors for our regular team meeting. After breaks, I like to start by having everyone share a bit about how they spent their time off. This week, though, I decided to mix things up and created a set of question cards, each with a potential dash of humor.
The plan is simple: everyone draws a card and answers the question. With the size of my team, we’ll see whether we make it around once or twice.
These questions are flexible. They work just as well with teachers or any staff returning from a break. My hope is that they spark conversation, laughter, and connection!
