🌟 Celebrating Our Raymond Staff & New Beginnings 🌟

🍎 As we close out another wonderful school year, we also say goodbye to several valued members of our Raymond family.

🎉 Congratulations to Nurse Joan Abuhamad and Mrs. Angela Lee on their retirements! Nurse Joan has cared for our students with compassion and dedication, while Mrs. Lee leaves behind an incredible 20-year legacy of teaching and impacting generations of Raymond students and families. We wish them both a joyful and well-deserved retirement.

📚 We also want to thank Mrs. George for her support to our students through RtI math. Mrs. George will be returning to Commonwealth as a 3rd grade teacher next year. 🍎 Maestra Gutierrez will also be returning to Commonwealth to take on a TK position.

🌟 Lastly, after 7 years at Raymond, Maestra Montes/Herrera will be leaving to begin a new chapter in Sacramento. Maestra Montes/Herrera brought so much heart and dedication to our DLA program and school community and will truly be missed.

💙 We are so grateful for the impact each of these individuals has made on Raymond and wish them all the very best in their next chapter!

5/25: NO SCHOOL - Memorial Day Weekend
5/28: 6th Grade Promotion at 8:15am in the grass field
5/29: Coffee with Mrs. Lee at 8:00am (Retirement Celebration for Community)
5/29: Last Day of School & Early Dismissal

TK/Kinder: 11:20am
1st-3rd: 11:25am
4th-6th: 11:30am

5/5: LAST DAY OFFICE IS OPEN till July 28th
7/28: Office Opens Again for 2026-2027 school year

🚨🧥 Lost & Found Reminder: Please be sure to check the Lost & Found before the last day of school! Any items not picked up by the end of the school year will be donated.

Open during the Summer, stop by anytime to pick up groceries and pantry staples for your family. Appointment needed.

Free daily meals are being distributed at multiple sites throughout the summer. Visit our landing page to find the site nearest you and the daily schedule.

👕 Clothing Resources

Need clothes for the summer or the new school year? We have clothing available for children and families at the Hub Family Resource Center, all at no cost.

💚 Mental Health Support

Summer can be a great time to check in on your family’s well-being. Free counseling and mental health services are available for students and families. Reach out, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

🎒 Back-to-School Supplies

Get a head start on the new school year! Free backpacks and supplies will be available at the Hub.
