On November 19th, we proudly celebrate Paraprofessional Appreciation Day and extend our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible paraprofessionals who support our students and staff each day. Their dedication, patience, and genuine care make a tremendous difference in our school—whether they’re providing individualized student support, assisting with instruction, helping create a positive and inclusive school environment, keeping our building clean, teaching our special area classes or serving in the cafeteria. We are deeply thankful for their hard work and compassion, and we invite all families to join us in recognizing and celebrating these essential members of our school community by giving them a shout out! In light of recent delays and reductions in government assistance this month, one of the churches behind Wimberley’s Summer and Winter Food Programs, (Cypress Creek Church) has mobilized a special Blitz Box supplemental grocery delivery for WISD families in need. Registration is open now for box deliveries this Friday, November 7th on feedingwimberley.org or by calling the Barnabas Connection HELPline at 512-842-9674. For more information regarding additional community food resources from Crisis Bread Basket, Hays County Food Bank, and Amigos de Jesus, visit feedingwimberley.org with updated distribution times, directions, and eligibility requirements.

Popcorn Fridays are here!! We will be serving up fresh popped popcorn 2x per month in class! Please use the following link to order your bags! You can order monthly for $3 per student or $20 for the year per student. Donations are always welcome! Provide a snack for a teacher or for the whole class! When ordering, please list your child's name and teacher name. If you are donating for a specific teacher or class, please include that in the notes section.
