We are excited to see everyone at the upcoming Open House!
If you’re interested in enrollment here are instructions below.
Finalize your Enrollment
Log in to your Online Portal, and complete the following steps:
- Pay your registration fee and sign up for autopay (recommended).
- Download, print and sign your Enrollment Agreement. For help, see the Online Portal FAQ (attached).
- Confirm your emergency contact list is up to date on the Enrollment Agreement.
- Verify that your recurring schedule is accurate (your weekly reservation in program).
- If your childcare needs will change for a particular week, use the custom schedule feature to release the days you don’t need (due each Wednesday for the upcoming week).
Wednesday: Final day to make changes to your child’s schedule.
Thursday: Invoices are posted for next week’s care.
Friday: Tuition is due for next week’s care. If you prefer monthly billing, you are welcome to pre-pay tuition prior to your bill being posted to your account.
Friendly reminder, a late fee of $10 will be applied if tuition is not paid by Wednesday for that week’s care. If tuition is past due for two weeks or more, we’ll pause services until you’re able to get caught up. Your child may return after re-enrollment and payment of outstanding fees.
Need to make a change? No problem! Just be sure to submit any schedule updates by Wednesday at 11:59 p.m. PT for the following week.

If your child has any additional needs or medical considerations, please contact us before your child’s first day.
Discover Champions Coming Soon!
We’re excited to share that we’ll be transitioning to a new system called Discover Champions later this fall. This update will make it easier for families to stay connected, manage billing, and complete required forms online. As we get closer to the launch, we’ll share more details, including how to set up your account and what steps to take. Stay tuned!
