Lynx Students of the Month

Each month, Davis Connect Secondary teachers would like to highlight a few of our students who exemplify what it means to be a Lynx, whether that be in academic achievement or improvement, leadership, or social emotional skills.

Laila A. is an outstanding student who consistently demonstrates excellence in her academics. She is dedicated to her learning, produces high-quality work, and actively engages in class discussions. Laila’s willingness to participate and share her ideas enriches the classroom environment and encourages her peers to do the same. Beyond her academic strengths, she is always ready to support other students, showing kindness and collaboration that make her a valuable member of our school community. Coen is such an awesome student! He always shows up ready to learn, keeps his camera on, and participates with great energy and enthusiasm. He’s polite, responsible, and works hard on everything he does. Coen’s positive attitude and effort make him a real joy to have in class! (Nominated by Melinda Dickson)

Kairi is an exceptional student who demonstrates a genuine desire to learn and grow. I truly appreciate her active participation in our live classes and the kindness she consistently shows to her classmates.
