SUNDAY MESSAGE
Week of September 18, 2023
Message from Mrs. Reams
Randolph Families,
Below is the Week-At-A Glance, as we begin another awesome week! Please be sure you are engaging with the information regarding intercession Oct 16-20th. The informational link is below and there has been communication from the county and posts on social media sharing details. Please be sure to take a look if this is something you would like to take advantage of!
Need help with our school procedures? Please be sure you are referring to our "RES TOP 10," that was shared digitally the first few weeks of school, as well as sent home in backpacks.
A few procedures to highlight:
- After 2:00pm, if we are not aware of an early dismissal, you will be asked to wait in car line or at the bus stop for your child. We understand emergencies come up and will certainly honor those times, however, please let us know if your child will have an early dismissal after 2:00pm by sharing this info to roadrunners@glnd.k12.va.us. Prior to 2:00pm, unannounced early dismissals do not require communication to our office staff. Thank you for your help with this, as the end of the day is quite hectic ensuring everyone has correct transportation home.
- Please refrain from sending glass to school (water bottles, bento boxes etc.) We have had a number of them break in the cafeteria
- Please do everything you can to help our traffic pattern by NOT arriving before 2:15pm in the car line. Thank you!
