Parent Wellbeing Session – Monday 2nd March
We warmly invite you to a Parent Wellbeing Session taking place on Monday 2nd March in the Parents’ Room at Áras Phadraig (Boys’ School).
Join us from 9.00 am for tea and coffee with our Home School Links coordinators, Amanda Duke and June McCarthy, followed by the workshop beginning at 9.30 am.
This parent training programme, delivered by National Parents Council (NPC) in partnership with St. Patrick's Mental Health Services, focuses on supporting parents to promote positive mental health and wellbeing in their children.
During this practical and supportive session, parents will:
• Gain a better understanding of what influences their child’s mental health and wellbeing.
• Learn simple, effective ways to build and nurture resilience.
• Receive helpful tips and strategies to support their child in managing everyday stresses.
This is an informal session with opportunities to connect with other parents and share experiences.
Attendance is free, but places are limited to ensure an interactive workshop.
If you would like to attend, please complete the sign-up form.
