Parkview High School's Marvel Rivals team emerged victorious against Discovery High in a 3-1 match, enhancing their season record to 4-1. Under the leadership of three-time MVP Captain Kenny Vo, with significant plays from team members Xavier Seifden and Noah Neely, the Panthers have climbed to the 13th spot in Georgia's rankings.

In a separate competition of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Parkview eSports achieved a decisive 2-0 victory over Richmond Hill. In the first game, Cayden Lee and Jackson Reed took an early lead, setting the tone for success. The second game saw Sophia Grizzell and Tobin Sieweke's strong defense securing the win.

If taking the PSAT, please be sure to arrive to school on time.

From the Attendance Office

On Tuesday, October 27th, all 10th and 11th grade students will take the PSAT/NMSQT. As a result, more than half of our school will be testing. Parkview High School will follow an adjusted schedule that day, with testing concluding at 10:45 AM.

To ensure an uninterrupted testing environment, checkouts will not be allowed during testing.

Prearranged Checkouts (Non‑Testing Students Only)

1. Send a written note with your student in the morning. Notes must be received by the Attendance Office before 7:15 AM. No exceptions.

2. The note must include the student’s first and last name, date and time of checkout, and a parent/guardian phone number.

3. The attendance clerk will issue the student a pass to leave at the designated time. Parents/guardians will not need to come inside. Students will check out through the Attendance Office and meet their parent/guardian outside at the time listed on the note.

4. Attendance clerks will verify all notes before releasing students. If they are unable to reach a parent/guardian, the student will not be allowed to check out.

This checkout process does not apply to students who are testing.

Students are expected to arrive on time as usual. However, students who arrive after testing has begun will not be permitted to test and will be relocated to a designated area.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility and hope this information helps you plan accordingly.
