Teacher Conferences!!

We will be holding Parent/Teacher Conferences on October 24 from 3:30 - 6:45pm. Please call the office to schedule a time to meet with your student's teachers, 513.273.3302.

Student Survey:

Tuesday, October 17, 2023 TMS students will have the opportunity to participate in a Prevention Survey. Please use the LINK for detailed information. If there are any questions please reach out to Amy Macechko, macechkoa@talawanda.org.

Picture Retake Day:

Picture retakes will be October 19th! If you missed the original picture day or would like to retake the original photos please pick up a new picture packet in the front office!

Student Pick-up/Early Dismissal

Parents please know that when you need to pick-up your student up early from school we will check an ID, even if we know you. Please understand this is for the safety of the children. Always remember to bring your ID inside to show us.

Tuesday/Thursday Help Sessions

Teachers will be assigning after school help sessions on Tuesday and/or Thursday for any student missing assignments. Please check with your student to be sure they have turned in all of their work! If they haven't, the required help session will be an excellent time for them to get it finished.

As of 9-29-23 we have 57 students registered for the class trip to Washington, D.C. There are 88 spots remaining until a waitlist is started. If you are interested in registering for the trip use the link below or contact Mr. Brinck at brinckj@talawanda.org

2. When your child is absent from school, it is important that you call the SCHOOL OFFICE by 9am. TMS attendance line is 513.273.3660 (available 24/7).

The Fall Festival is right around the corner and we are looking for donations for PRIZE BASKETS for students to take a chance in winning. If you would like to donate a basket or items for a basket to be awarded as prizes for students please contact Jaime Jackson, 513.273.3326 or jacksonj@talawanda.org, or send it in to the school office. Please have donations turned in by October 17th.

Donations Needed for the TMS Fall Festival!

The 6th grade teachers will be hosting a booth at the TMS Fall festival on Friday October 20 to help raise money for bussing to Camp Glen Helen this spring. We need donations of 2-liter bottles of soda, any variety! Please consider donating a 2-liter or 2 or 10! Bottles can be delivered to either 6th grade science teacher: Mrs. Jackson in 107 or Mrs. Oberschlake in 109, or left in the main office.

Oxford Multicultural Family Alliance is hosting a Community Meet & Greet on Sunday, October 1st 2pm-4pm at the TRI Community Center Playground/Field Area (6025 Fairfield Rd, Oxford) All are welcome! The goals of OMFA include creating a community of families to support and advocate for the diverse students of Oxford. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Invite your family and friends!
