Dear Families,
Happy Easter! As we continue to celebrate this joyous Easter season, we are reflecting on the profound hope and renewal that the Resurrection brings to our school community.
In the Gospel for this upcoming Sunday, we hear the beautiful story of the risen Jesus appearing to His disciples. He stands among them and says, "Peace be with you," before breathing the Holy Spirit upon them and helping Thomas find his faith. It is a powerful reminder that even in moments of doubt or fear, Christ offers us His unwavering peace and presence.
This message of sustaining peace connects perfectly with our school faith theme: "I am the vine, you are the branches" (John 15:5). Just as the disciples drew their strength and courage directly from the risen Jesus, we too are nourished by the Vine. When we allow Christ's peace to flow through us, we are empowered to grow in faith and bear beautiful fruit, sharing that same peace, love, and understanding with everyone we encounter.
One of the greatest ways we see this fruit is through our vibrant, diverse community. We would love to see our "branches" come together tonight for our Cultural Potluck! Please join us in the school gymnasium from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. It will be a wonderful evening of fellowship, sharing delicious food, and celebrating the beautiful cultures that make our school family so special.
We look forward to seeing many of you tonight and wish your families a weekend filled with the light and peace of the Easter season.
