TMHS Wildcat Choir

On Thursday this week, Bella Voce will be traveling to Kemah Boardwalk to compete in the Kemah Days Choir Competition. This includes all eligible members of Bella Voce. Students will attend first period class and then report to the choir room for 2nd period. We will do a quick warm up and then head to Kemah Boardwalk, stopping at a Chick-fil-a and Whataburger on the way. Performance time is 11:10am.

Students will be given an all-day ride pass if they chose to get one, but are responsible for paying for their own food. We will make a stop on the way, and there are also plenty of food choices at the park depending on how much they wish to spend.

Students will need to bring their Renaissance dresses to school with them, will change into the dresses at school and into the choir t-shirt and school appropriate bottoms after we perform. This field trip does not count against exemptions.

We will leave Kemah around 3:00 and should return to TMHS by 5:00pm.

Chorale will be singing The National Anthem at this week's final home football game! Students are to wear their TMHS Choir polo and jeans with no holes. Student call time for the game will be 6:00pm outside of the stadium by the jumbotron. Once we have finished The National Anthem, usually at 7pm, students are released to either leave the game, or walked up into the stands to attend the game. Chorale students singing The National Anthem do not need to purchase a ticket to attend the game.

It's that time of year for our annual Choir Family Thanksgiving Feast! We hope you can make it.

When: Tuesday, November 17th, at 6:00pm

Where: TMHS Cafeteria

What to do: RSVP and sign up below to bring a dish or two!

We are asking that you bring a dish for every 2 guests.

2 guests = 1 dish; 4 guests = 2 dishes and so on. Bring your Thanksgiving dishes to the cafeteria at 6:00.

We appreciate any drink donations as well!

Please bring the drinks to the choir room on or before November 13th.

Let's get together and enjoy friends, family and FEAST on all of the delicious food!

This is the sign-up for our Flag Renewal Flyer Fundraiser. Students who sign up will receive a packet of flyers to distribute to homes in neighborhoods close to the high school. This helps to remind people to sign up for a flag subscription to support our choir fundraiser!

Students will receive 0.5 points per flyer they distribute. For instance, if you distribute 100 flyers, you will receive 50 points! You can distribute as many or little as you would like. Every little bit helps! Students will go to each address on their list and hang a flyer on the door of that home. You can sign up for your own neighborhood!

The deadline to sign up is Sunday, November 15th. We will distribute packets on Tuesday, November 17th at the choir family feast. If you cannot attend the feast, the choir directors can distribute packets of flyers at school the following day.

Once all your routes have been completed, please text Rachel Lagaly 281-723-8482 and Britt Kanatani 832-242-3554 with a selfie of yourself in front of a street sign or neighborhood sign on your route. This must be done in order to receive points!

Please distribute all flyers and submit a selfie confirming completion by Sunday, December 13, 2026, to receive full credit. Beginning Monday, December 14th, 25% of the total possible points will be deducted for each day the requirements remain incomplete. If both requirements have not been completed by Thursday, December 17, 2026, no points will be awarded.

The third payment for the Spring Trip is due November 15th! Please use the link below to make all payments.

Our 2027 Spring Trip will be to San Antonio and Bandera, Texas! The dates of the trip are April 22nd-25th. We will leave after school on Thursday and head to the Flying L Dude Ranch where there is great food, tennis, pickleball, basketball, putt putt, swimming, and more! On Sunday we will pack up and head to Six Flags Fiesta Texas for the day before heading back home to TMHS! Students traveling on the Spring Trip must be eligible due to missing school.

Checks and cash are accepted for payments, and any checks can be made out to TMHS Choir. Chaperone payments can be made using the same link to schoolcashonline below. Please indicate who the payment is for by putting the correct student or chaperone name as "recipient".

Please remember that the trip is not required but it is a lot of fun!

We are looking for more people to sing The National Anthem at various sporting events throughout the school year! Currently we are in Volleyball and football season. If you or a group would like to sing at one of the games, please sign up below. Any singers must sing off for Ms. White or Mr. Ragsdale the day before the game. Students singing should wear their Choir t-shirt. If you have a group that would like to sing, please list all names in the comments of the sign up.

Sign up will be updated throughout the year with the sport in season.

Students have begun selling World's Finest Chocolate boxes and are off to a great start! Boxes are $80 each and have 40 chocolate bars in each box to be sold at $2 a bar. Once your student has sold all 40 bars, please have them return the $80 to Ms. White or Mr. Ragsdale in an envelope with their name on it. For each box of chocolate sold, students will receive 30 points which will be added in Presto.

Please remember that if your student takes a box of chocolate and loses the box or eats the chocolate, they are still responsible for turning in the $80 to the choir program. Students who do not return the money to the program will go on fines and fees at the end of the year and will be unable to exempt final exams.

As an incentive to sell lots of chocolate boxes, students who sell 5 boxes will receive a $15 gift card, and 10 boxes is a $30 gift card!

$25 Donation - Booster Supporters will receive slideshow recognition at our end-of-year concert.

$50 Donation - Silver Supporters will receive four reserved seats to the winter concert and slideshow recognition at our end-of-year concert.

$100 Donation - Navy Supporters will receive four reserved seats to the winter and senior recognition concerts, as well as slideshow recognition at our end-of-year concert.

$250 Donation - Wildcat Supporters will receive four tickets to the Pop Show, four reserved seats for all concerts, and slideshow recognition at our end-of-year concert.

$250 Donation - Big Cat Supporters will receive two tickets to the Pop Show, two reserved seats for all concerts, and slideshow recognition at every concert.

This week we would like to shoutout Caylee Sherman in Bella Voce! Caylee is a team player to the ultimate extent, and is always willing to help out her fellow members of the TMHS Choir program. She leads with a positive attitude and open mind, truly creating a strong community across choirs in our program. Thank you, Caylee!

Section of the week is back as we are in full swing in the choir room! Every week, the directors will select a section in each class that has done extraordinary work throughout the week. Sections are competing for the honor of being "section of the year" and winning donuts at the end of the year!
