Back to School Night is coming. Please be sure to read the BTSN Memo HERE and let us know if you have any questions at all.

Remember - staff meeting in the MPR at 7:50 pm. ;-)

This year all employees in Tustin USD will be required to complete online trainings for the 2019-2020 school year. The following trainings must be completed by all employees:

1. Mandated Reporter: Child Abuse and Neglect (38 min.) - Due Date: September 6, 2019
2. Annual Notices for Employuees (15 min.) - Due Date: September 20, 2019
3. Sexual Harassment Prevention for Non-Managers (60 min.) - Due Date: November 8, 2019 . (This is newly required training that all employees must complete per SB 1343.)

You will use your 10-digit employee ID number to log in (ex. 870000XXXX). The system has every employee uploaded at this time and identified by position and work location. If you need assistance, or note that your information is incorrect, please let Clarisa know ASAP.

Our School Site Council Teacher Reps are set for a refresh. I need ONE more members for this year. Typically it is a 2 year commitment.

Thank you to everyone who has already signed up for adjunct duties for the 19-20 school year. Your teamwork, passion, and energy help to create a GAME CHANGING year for all Falcons.

There are still some of you who did complete the form before I started collecting names. If you responded to the form before 8:45 am on 8/19 please see Clarisa and let her know which response was yours.

There are still a few of you who have not yet completed the form for selections. Please respond NO LATER than Monday, 8/26 so I can have a completed list. I have updated the form with adjuncts that are still in need of support.

Please put your sub requests in as early as possible. Frontline cuts off your ability to request a sub at 7:00 am on same day requests. If possible, please submit prior to 6:30 am so there is time to get a sub or find period coverage. It makes for a very hectic morning when we hear at the last minute.

These goals and objectives will drive our school site goals as well as connect to your individual G&O. We will review this process at our next staff mtg on 9/11
