8th Grade
Our Student of the Month is Jazmine Spedale. Jazmine is a quiet, yet positive leader in class. She works well with anyone she is paired or grouped with, helping to produce the same high quality work she demands of herself when working alone. Jazmine's growth this year has been a joy to watch. As a team, we look forward to seeing what the future holds for Jazmine. The sky is the limit for her.
7th Grade
The 7th grade team would like to recognize Colette Krueger as our Student of the Month for March. Colette stands out for her work ethic and genuine spirit. She frequently contributes insightfully to class discussions. Colette is kind, supportive, and an asset to our school community.
6th Grade
The sixth grade team chose J.J. Sarcia for our March Student of the Month. J.J.’s personality brightens every room he walks into. His genuine disposition is infectious. This matches hand in hand with his work ethic, his ability to persevere, and his commitment to producing thoughtful, high quality work. The sixth grade team appreciates his humor and overall presence in their rooms. Thanks for being awesome J.J.!!
PE/Exploratory
Jade Nelson has been selected as our EX/PE Student of the Month for her commitment to excellence and kindness. Jade puts in consistent effort in all her classes and holds herself to high standards. She leads by quiet example. Her kindness to her peers has not gone unnoticed; she goes out of her way to highlight others' successes and encourage them. She is a wonderful addition to our community and we feel lucky to have her as a student at NMS.
Student Services
NMS Student Services nominates Aden Barna as our March Student of the Month. We are impressed by Aden's ability to thoughtfully share his voice and opinions on important school topics. He demonstrated confidence and communicated his ideas in a clear, concise way that ensured his voice was heard and respected by his peers. His willingness to participate, speak up, and contribute meaningful perspectives sets him apart as a leader in his class.
