We are excited to kick off our TC Tigers Fun Run on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. Our goal is to raise $6,500 for student incentives tied to our school plan for positive behavior, to host an author, and to purchase individual books for our students.

Our school has always relied on fundraising to provide exceptional opportunities to enhance student learning and we need YOUR HELP registering your student(s) and sharing with friends and family.

Picture retakes and club pictures will be taken on Tuesday, October 11th.

If you would like your child to have his/her picture retaken, please return picture package on Tuesday. If your child was absent on picture day, he/she will have his/her picture taken on Tuesday.

Our 3rd & 4th Grade students will be participating in Colts Big Blue Day on Thursday, October 13th. Please make sure your child dresses comfortably and for the weather. This is an outdoor event. Each classroom has already arranged for parent volunteers with background checks. Looking forward to a fun morning for our big kids!

We are very excited to host an in-person TCES Veterans Day Event this year!!!

The event will include choral performances by our first grade students, poetry readings, and video slideshow of photos submitted of our veterans from the RSVP forms.

To ensure we have seating for all veterans wanting to attend, we are limiting this event to veterans and two guests per first grade student. All guests should plan to arrive between 9:05-9:25 AM and enter through Door 1-Main Entrance. Program will begin promptly at 9:30 AM and run from 9:30 AM to approximately 10:15 AM. At this time, only veterans and first grade guests that RSVP by October 26th will have a printed badge and be admitted to attend, however, the program will be live-streamed so everyone can enjoy from home.

• A 2022 TCES Veteran RSVP FORM is needed for each veteran planning to attend by Thursday, October 26th. An optional photo submission is included in the form for each veteran to be recognized in the video slideshow.

• First Grade Families should complete the FIRST GRADE RSVP FORM by October 26th to ensure we have adequate seating for all veterans and our first grade guests.

Thank you for understanding and helping us honor and celebrate our community veterans!

Doors close at 8:55 AM to ensure students can make it to class before 9 AM for attendance.

We will continue with the following procedures:

• Doors will open between 8:35-8:38 AM for car riders.
• If your car rider is a breakfast student, please arrive by 8:40 AM to allocate time for him/her to be able to eat breakfast and get to class by 9:00 AM for attendance and the start of instruction.
• Once you have made your way to the drop-off zone, your child may exit the car. He/she does not need to wait for an adult to open the car door as long as cars have stopped.

Texas Roadhouse Rolls Sale

Roll pick-up will be Tuesday, November 8th from 4:30-6:30 using the car rider line. If you are picking up a car rider, just hang out a bit before getting back in line. All car riders must be picked up before we can start roll pick-up.

Urban Air Spirit Night

November 22, 2021 from 4-8. Purchase the Ultimate Access pass for a discounted $23.99. Just mention you are there for Triton Spirit Night. Does not include socks. Bring a pair or a new pair is $2.50. PTO receives 20% of the proceeds. This is a great, family fun event!

PTO Meeting Dates

PTO Meeting dates the second Wednesday of each month: November 9th, December 14th, January 11th, February 8th, March 8th, April 12th, and May 10th.

Meetings will be held in person in the library at 4:30 and online via Zoom.
