🎓 Class of 2027 — Your Senior Year Is Here! 🎓
Seniors, Parents, Guardians, and Learning Coaches are invited to join us for our Class of 2027 Graduation Information Meeting on October 29 from 6:00–7:00 p.m. This is an exciting year, and we’re ready to celebrate this incredible milestone with you! During the meeting, we’ll share important senior information, upcoming events, Graduation Weekend details, and more to help you prepare for the big moments ahead. We can’t wait to kick off an amazing senior year with you! Let’s make it one to remember!
Please note: The meeting will be recorded for anyone who is unable to attend live.
Attention Seniors: Diploma Verification
Please check your student email (GCA Gmail email account) for an important message from Cmcdade@georgiacyber.org titled: “Important Graduation Information – Diploma Verification.”
This email was sent by the close of business on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Your email includes the name that will be printed on your diploma. Complete the attached form exactly as directed.
Important Reminders: Your diploma must show your legal name as it appears on your birth certificate and Infinite Campus transcript. If your name is incorrect, select “No” on the form. Contact your FEL to update your name in Infinite Campus by December 4, 2026. Name changes may require documentation. If you update Infinite Campus but do not select “No,” your diploma will be printed with the name in this email. Changes after December 4, 2026 will require you to order a replacement diploma as an alumni. Students enrolled or promoted after the deadline will have their diploma printed with the name on file at enrollment/promotion. Failure to complete the form means your diploma will automatically be printed with the name on record as of August 1, 2026.

Prom Court Timeline
February 22rd, 2027 - A “Save the Date” ad is made and sent In Champ Chatter.
March 8th, 2027 - Form and video for initial champion sign-up sent to Seniors with full submission details.
March 15th, 2027 - Form is closed
March 17th, 2027 - Canva document sent out about campaign techniques and what to include in campaign videos as well as the form to submit their campaign videos (will include video about how to submit)
April 16th, 2027 - Campaign videos due–this gives them 4 weeks to make the videos
April 21th, 2027 - Smore sent to all seniors with the campaign videos submitted and they choose their top 10 from the list of candidates
April 26th, 2027 - Form is closed
April 28th, 2027 - The top 10 are notified
May 5th, 2027 - The top 2 from the initial form are selected as the winners, and StuCo president is notified about who will be announced at prom. **The 2 winners will not be told until the night of prom.
May 14th, 2027 - The Night of Prom where the royalty is announced. They will be announced at 10:00pm. Counseling has said this is the time with the most people in attendance.
Graduation Weekend Events
All Graduation Weekend Events will take place on May 14th and May 15th 2027.
