November is here and the weather is finally cooler. Many events are planned and we can't wait to share them with you!
Lewis Discovery Team
Art
Happy Fall Y'all!!!!! 2nd-5th grade artists have completed two 3-dimensional drawing projects using foreground, middle ground & background while Kinder and 1st graders have completed 3-4 drawing projects reviewing the elements of art: line, shape, space and color! All art students will have one artwork on display in the hallways of Bob Lewis Elementary by Thanksgiving Break. Next, all grade-levels will create a sketchbook & portfolio this school year to document their growth as an artist. We have a goal of starting our ceramics units for all grade-levels after Thanksgiving or Winter Break. All artwork will be sent home at the end of the school year!
