A Message from Dr. Sanchez
Dear PMSA Community:
We hope you are enjoying a well-deserved Spring Break filled with rest, joy, and quality time with family and loved ones. This is an important opportunity for our students to recharge and return ready to finish the school year strong.
Upon our return, state testing will begin promptly. Ninth and tenth grade students will take the Pre- ACT on Tuesday, April 7, while eleventh grade students will take the ACT on Thursday, April 9. These assessments play a significant role in measuring student growth and college readiness, and we encourage all students to approach them with focus and confidence.
Families can support student success by ensuring their child maintains a healthy routine leading up to testing days, including getting a full night’s sleep and eating a nutritious breakfast each morning.
We look forward to welcoming our students back refreshed and ready to demonstrate all they have learned.
Best,
Dr. Sanchez
Atentamente,
Dr. Sánchez

2026–2027 School Year Registration – Deadline: May 1, 2026
Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open and must be completed by May 1, 2026. This deadline is critical—all families, including those with returning students, are required to complete registration by this date.
Returning students are not automatically registered. If your student plans to return next school year, you must complete registration no later than May 1, 2026 to ensure a smooth start to the school year.
If your student will not be returning, you are still required to complete the registration form and indicate your plans within the form. This helps the District plan accurately for staffing, scheduling, and transportation.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this important requirement and for helping us prepare for a successful school year.
