October Momentum

Our middle school scholars have made a strong start to the year! October is a great time to build on classroom routines, stay engaged in learning, and ask for help when needed.

STAR Testing Completed

Our scholars completed STAR testing on September 22 and 23. Thank you to our students for coming prepared and giving their best effort! The parents score report will be sent home this month!

Keep Soaring

Check assignments regularly and reach out to teachers with questions. Each teacher sets their own tutoring times for students who need additional support.
Get involved in clubs and extracurricular activities to build connections within our school community.

We are proud of our middle school scholars and look forward to seeing them continue to grow. Keep soaring, Phoenixes!

The State of South Carolina requires students in grades 8–12 to meet annually for an Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) conference with their school counselor and a parent/guardian. These meetings are designed to help students plan their courses, explore college and career opportunities, and ensure they are on track for graduation and future success.

I will be conducting IGP conferences for all 8th grade students from October through December 2026.
