MESSAGE FROM PRINCIPAL BANKS
Dear Lindblom Families,
We made it to Thanksgiving break! I earnestly hope (and pray) that you truly rest and recharge. Please join us on December 2, 2025 at 6p.m. for the 2025 State of the School address. The annual State of the School address is an opportunity to reflect on the last year, reaffirm our commitment to providing a welcoming, safe space for all students, and share our vision for the future.
This year’s address will provide our community with a comprehensive look at our school’s progress and priorities, as well as how our goals align with the District’s five-year strategic plan, Success 2029: Together We Rise.
We thank you for your continued partnership and commitment to our school community, and we hope you can join us for this conversation. If you are not able to join us in person, you can join us virtually here.
Together we rise onward and upward.

Student Spotlight
Congratulations to Tania Padilla, Valeria Flores, Alexandra Martinez, Rudy Gonzalez-Silva, and Eder Fulgencio for planning and executing this cultural celebration! They did an awesome job and a great time was had by all.
BE CHALLENGED
Kudos to Lindblom Chess Team! They competed at their first tournament at Crane!
Our small but mighty squad of Horace Page, Omar Perez Rojo, Jose Cisneros, Ezekiel Corral and Alexis Diaz performed quite well, with everyone scoring at least 2 wins out of 4 games. Omar Perez Rojo finished in the top 20% of the junior high division with 3 wins and our 1st board Ezekiel finished with a perfect 4 wins on the day! Ezekiel combined strong tactics with marathon stamina to grind his opponents down on the clock, capitalizing on their endgame blunders.
While we just missed out on the podium, we'll look to improve on this result for our next tournament at Simeon on Dec. 6th.
