It's Fun Run Time!

It’s kickoff time! Your student will be bringing home a kick off packet today. These packets will include registration information, a team color bracelet, and a paper clock project. Encourage your student to wear their team color and / or team bracelet every day between now and the run to show their TEAM SPIRIT! The paper clock project should be returned to your student’s teacher upon completion.

We hope we can count on your support as we work to raise funds for our PTO programs. For the fifth year in a row, parent volunteers from Cedar Island will be coordinating the event. By doing so, 100% of the donations received will stay with Cedar Island! This year’s goal is set at $30,000!

Please REGISTER your student ASAP at www.PledgeStar.com/CedarIsland, and SHARE your donation link with friends and family! To receive a link, you will need to send a pledge request to at least one person (you may send it to yourself).

The run itself is Friday, September 22nd at 10:00 am. We invite you to join us on the field to cheer on the students. If you know you will be joining us, and would like to volunteer to make the day’s event run smoothly, we’d love to have you! In the case of bad weather, we will move the run to Friday, September 29th, also at 10:00 am. We’d love to have volunteers for this date as well, hoping they will not be needed. Slots for the backup date may also be found at the link above.

Parent Pick-Up Tag Request Form

At Open House, we supplied each family with one parent pick-up tag for their vehicle. If there is more than one person in your household who picks your student(s) up from school regularly and you need an additional tag, please click the button below to complete a request form.

We ask that you only submit a request if it's absolutely necessary. The tags were generously donated by the sponsor on the back and we want to ensure we have plenty for future use.
