Our Parent & Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! This is a great time to connect with your child’s teacher and talk about their progress and goals. If you haven’t had a chance to sign up yet, here is the Sign-up link to schedule your conference.

Health Blurb: Staying Well This Season
Dear Ivy Families !
With the cooler weather and illnesses increasing, we want to remind you that all medication, including over-the-counter items such as cough drops and throat lozenges, must be brought to school by a parent or guardian and stored in the health office. A medication authorization form must also be completed by a doctor for each medication (linked here).

Reporting Student Absences
If your child will be absent from school, please report the absence as soon as possible. You can do this in one of three ways:
Submit the absence using our online form
Call the absence hotline at 847-398-4275 and press 1 - Leave us a message.

If we don’t hear from you, the office must call to confirm your child’s absence. Please notify us promptly to help us keep accurate attendance records
