Dear Nova Classical Families,

At Nova Classical Academy, we use FastBridge assessments three times each year to monitor student growth in reading and math. These nationally-normed assessments help teachers understand each student’s current skill level and guide instruction to better meet individual needs.

FastBridge is not used for grading but is a valuable tool for supporting learning across all grade levels. FastBridge assessment results are considered when making academic placement decisions.

Students complete FastBridge assessments during benchmark testing windows in the fall, winter, and spring. Please see more information about Nova Classical’s Board-approved testing calendar and grade-specific assessments below:

Nova Classical Academy Testing

Parents will receive a personalized URL for a secure folder that will hold all yearly

assessment results. Results will be available two weeks after testing windows are completed. If your child receives extra support, they may also take shorter assessments more frequently to monitor progress.
