RULE #1
Use it till you Choose it
What this means is it is in your best interest to try every single product you are planning on selling.
Now there may be products that you have never used before Arbonne so aren’t sure you do want to try them. And then maybe there may be products that you try and – you know what? you don’t like them at first! For example I know some people who actually don’t like drinking smoothies. But there are so many ways to use our protein shake mix in healthy baking and snack options you don’t only have to use them to make a beverage. So it’s up to you to use our products until you find a way to love them- so that they will be the ones that you choose. Authenticity is such an important part of our integrity as product representatives.
And that goes for the 30 days to healthy living program as well! - Even if you’re afraid to give up caffeine dairy and alcohol for 30 days - Once you have been through the program – and lived the process, the products and seen the proof with your own eyes, you will be a much better advocate and coach. In fact you really can’t do either effectively until you have been through it yourself.
RULE #2
Know it till you Glow it
People make decisions based on emotion, and then use facts to justify their decision. Their first point of contact with our products needs to be your excitement,energy and enthusiasm. Belief has a sound and look! Imagine your face when you talk about a person you’ve just fallen in love with. It glows. It radiates. It makes people want what you’ve got!
So not only do I want you to try the products till you get a great result, I want you to do enough research until you are so excited about the “Why’s” and “How’s” of our ingredients and formulations that the combination of your experience plus your unshakeable belief that we are have the best product in the market will make your face light up whenever you share.
That is the secret sauce in the Arbonne Glow! No you don’t need a degree in dermatology or nutrition to understand our products. You basically really just need to read the documents in the source and watch any videos or audios. The Meet the product sheet and our product guide have a wealth of snackable and relatable information.
So do enough that research until you feel that little click inside you when you truly understand what makes our products best in class. For example, before Arbonne I never understood the difference between washing your face and using a treatment product on my skin. I have never even heard of a serum. But when I understood the technology and the thinking behind our hero products like our serums and the new DermResults products – that’s when I was on fire to share them. When I realized that our formulations used plant and acid therapy to signal our skin to act like it did when it was younger, or I could use our skin elixir and see a noticeable improvement in my hair skin and nail and gums in just a few weeks - I was gob smacked!
