Drive Up, Pick Up

Hello CELC Parents,

Here is what you need to know about the upcoming Materials Drive Up, Pick Up days:

Please come during your scheduled window of time.
If your student needs a Chromebook prior to their scheduled Materials Pick Up date, you can come on the Chromebook ONLY day; however, you will need to come a second time to get your materials bag.
Please have all paperwork filled out ahead of time (AUSD Chromebook Protection Plan).
The AUSD Chromebook Protection Plan can be paid via Venmo or check. See Venmo information in the paperwork. The form must be filled out even if you choose to not purchase the Chromebook protection.
Please stay in your car.
To ensure the most efficient and safe traffic flow as possible, please follow the directions on the map below.
TK parents, please display your child's name in your car window.
Staff will be verifying enrollment at CELC. Only fully registered students are eligible for a Chromebook.

Download, Print, & Fill Out

If your child needs a Chromebook, please fill out the forms below and bring them to your pick up day/time. If you do not have access to a printer, you may pick up a form the day of; however, please bring your own pen and have them filled out prior to pulling up. Forms will be available in the area where you see the orange dot on the map (during morning times only). If you have any questions, please call the CELC office at 619-659-8250.

Traffic Flow Map for Materials Pick Up

For the safety of our families, and to help manage the traffic flow, please enter the CELC parking lot (see green dot), pull forward to orange dot (stay there until the traffic is clear in the bus area), and then proceed to the bus circle and stop at the red dot. Exit at the light blue dot. Your support and patience during this process will be very much appreciated.
