💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

🗓 Participant Cancellation

• Up to 2 Months Before the Retreat Start Date:
  You are eligible for a 50% refund of your total payment.

• Less Than 2 Months Before the Retreat Start Date:
  Payments are non-refundable, except in the case of emergency (see below).

⚠️ Emergency Cancellations

In cases of unforeseen emergencies or events beyond your personal responsibility (such as serious illness, family crisis, or travel restrictions outside your control), you may request a 50% refund.
Each case will be evaluated with care and understanding. Proof or documentation may be requested.

🌪 Retreat Cancellation (From Our Side)

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to internal reasons, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

However, in the case of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, global health emergencies, political instability, or other so-called Acts of God), we will make every effort to reschedule the retreat or offer partial refunds based on what is possible at that time.
