Welcome Back, Wildcats!
Dear Families,
Happy New Year! As we begin this fresh start together, we want to take a moment to highlight something that plays a powerful role in your child’s success at school: regular, on-time attendance.
📚 Why Attendance Matters
Research shows that students who attend school consistently are more likely to feel connected, achieve academically, and develop strong routines that support learning. Even missing just 1–2 days a month can add up and impact progress over time.
⏰ Why Being On Time Is Important
Arriving on time helps students start their day calmly and confidently. Tardiness can disrupt classroom routines, cause students to miss important instructions, and make it harder for them to fully engage with learning right from the start. A smooth morning routine sets the tone for a successful day!
🌟 A New Year, A New Commitment
We know that life happens, and we truly appreciate your partnership in making attendance a priority whenever possible. Together, we can support strong habits that help every student feel successful, connected, and ready to learn.
Thank you for all you do to support your child and our school community. Here’s to a wonderful year ahead!
Warmly,
Andrea Tapia
Principal
