The News The News

I hope you all are enjoying the first weekend of Fall. It is nice to get a break from the heat and humidity for a change.

Monday is half day for students. School will dismiss at around 11:30am. We will start dismissing car riders and drivers at around 11:15am.

Our volleyball team beat Winston County on Tuesday, a big win as far as area tournament seeding goes. Senior Night for our three volleyball players will be Monday afternoon as they host Hamilton. Come out an support these girls and this team. They have more than doubled their win total from last year and have competed in a much stronger area than in recent years.

Our football team got a much needed Friday night off to rest and relax. They will be back in action Friday night at Winston County. Come out Friday night to help them get the back half of the schedule off to a great start.

Saturday, we will host the varsity volleyball Franklin County Tournament beginning at 9am. The tournament will run through 3 or 4pm. We will have Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and Little Caesars pizza on sale at the concession stand.

Have A Great Week!

Homecoming Information Homecoming Information

As we announced earlier in the year, because our Homecoming week fell on Fall Break Week, the Homecoming game will be on Thursday, October 8 at 7pm.

The parade will be on Wednesday afternoon (October 7) at 2pm with a community pep rally immediately following. There will be a student bonfire fellowship at 8pm after church hours on Wednesday night. We know this is an inconvenience for some adults but it is in the best interest of our student and staff since they will be out of school on Thursday and Friday.
