Principal's Post- Parent/Teacher Conferences

Hello ELC/PC Families,

We are asking all parents/guardians to sign-up for a parent teacher conference with your child's teacher. Staff are offering November 11 & 13 evening time slots for conferences. If the dates/times proposed do not work for you, please contact your child's teacher to see if there is an alternative day/time for you to meet. We are excited to share your child's strengths along with ways we would like to partner with you to support your child. We would love to have 100% participation!

If you would like to set up a conference with a Related Arts or Student Services Team member during Parent-Teacher Conferences, please click this LINK to access their calendars and sign-up for an appointment. Fall Scholastic Book Fair

Dear Parents and Families,

The Primary Center’s Fall Scholastic Book Fair will be held during conferences on

Tuesday, November 11 and Thursday, November 13

from 3:45-7:45pm

in the Primary Center Multipurpose Room (Across from the Library).

We have included a book list for you to look at with your child. This is only a small sampling of all the great books available at our fair. You are welcome to come and make your choices in person, or if you cannot attend, you may also order online by using the QR code at the bottom, or the link on the library website or Clever page. Books may be ordered online from November 5-18 , they will be delivered directly to your home.

*We will be offering childcare for conferences again this year in the PC and IC cafeterias from 4-7:45 on the 11th and 13th of November! (ELC folks can drop their kids off at the PC) Please note that this is for your child's/children's conferences. If you have a break between 2 conferences, please come get your kids for that break and bring them back when needed, rather than leaving them for extended periods of time.
