We have had many requests for the NEMS School Code for Powerschool over the last few weeks. You may need it to register on PowerSchool for ParentPortal. Here it is!

NEMS School Code: GSNM

Attention 7th-grade families: Don’t forget — Tdap vaccinations are required for all students in 7th grade. Please submit an updated vaccination record to Nurse Johnson as soon as possible.

NEMS Volleyball Pictures will be taken on September 22. Please see the flyers below or reach out to Coach Holley for more information!

Kona Ice will return this Friday, September 26. All proceeds go to support the NEMS library and reading initiatives. Pre-pay is an option but not a requirement---your child can pay cash the day off.

No refunds are offered for pre-pay if your child is not present on the day of the event.

Jazz Band members--please don't forget to wear a NEMS shirt!

NEMS is selling Tidal Wave Car Wash coupons. For $10, you get a $30 car wash! We will be selling them all September, and the coupons will come in after Fall Break. These make great stocking-stuffers and are a great money-maker for NEMS. If you are interested, please print the form below, call the front office, or have your student stop by for an order form. Each student who sells 50 coupons will receive a free Kona Ice when they return on October 30.

Ms. Shepler took some great pictures at last week's Bullpups Football game!

Congratulations to our NEMS Volleyball Team for winning their game against AL Corbett! We have THREE volleyball games this week--be sure to come out and support our Lady Wolverines!

Title One Surveys were recently sent home.

Please check your child's book bag and return as soon as possible!

Want to make car line go faster? A sign with your child or family's last name would help tremendously! Prop it up on your dash, use a pants hanger to hang from your rear view mirror, or wave it out the window like you're on ESPN Game Day. It will be at least a month before we have your vehicle and all your relatives' vehicles memorized.
