Superintendent's Nest
Welcome to March is Reading Month! The PTC is also planning a Readathon for 2 weeks in March; stay tuned for more details!
For the month of March, we will be collecting boxed/bagged pasta for Ladders of Hope Food Pantry in Fennville. Donations can be placed under The Giving Tree daily between 7:00 am-5:30 pm or sent in with your child. Please tell your friends, co-workers, neighbors, etc. Our goal is to donate 50 boxes in the month of March!
During the month of March we will be accepting nominations for the Outstanding People for Education Award. Any one may nominate a teacher, staff member, volunteer, community member, or anyone who supports our school. This person should be someone who has made an impact at our school. Nominations are due by March 13th.
We will be holding Kindergarten Orientation on Thursday, April 16th at 5:30 pm with Mrs. Stivers. Miss. Larabel will be taking the kids for a fun activity while Miss Victoria will take any siblings while the parents meet with the teacher. Please RSVP to Ms. Cate for planning purposes. Please tell your friends and neighbors!
Sincerely,
Ms. Walle

Neighborhood Forest
This spring, we are thrilled to announce our participation in Neighborhood Forest's 17th Annual Free Tree Program as part of our Earth Week celebrations this April!
Neighborhood Forest is a nonprofit organization that has helped more than 310,000 children across North America plant their very own trees since 2010 — inspiring environmental stewardship through the joy of planting and growing trees.
How to Participate:
There are three ways to get involved this spring:
Register your child to receive a free tree to plant at home
Purchase trees to plant this spring if you don’t have a child participating (Buy One, Fund One!)
Donate to fund trees in our community — $5 helps place a tree in the hands of a child
Thank you for helping us celebrate Earth Week and grow a greener future together!
