BOLD Elementary is a great place to be! BOLD Elementary is a great place to be!

BOLD Warrior Friends and Families,

We are already well into the second half of the school year! BOLD Schools continues to be a busy, energetic place, and I truly wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Our students and staff are working hard each day, and it has been exciting to see the learning and growth happening throughout our building.

Recently, I sent out a survey, and one piece of feedback that stood out was the desire for more communication. I completely understand and appreciate you sharing that need. In response to this feedback, I will begin sending a monthly newsletter. The newsletter will include updates on what has been happening at school, what’s coming up, and highlights from classrooms and school events, including photos when possible.

My goal is to help bridge the gap between school and home. When we partner together, our students benefit the most. I hope this newsletter becomes a helpful and meaningful way for you to stay connected, informed, and engaged in your child’s school experience.

Thank you for your continued support, trust, and partnership. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions, feedback, or ideas you’d like to share.

Warmly,
Kris Krafka

PK-6 Principal

New Dismissal App

We are going to start using a new dismissal app. Please read through the steps below. One of our goals with using this app is to streamline the dismissal process. You will be able to change your student's dismissal method without calling the office or messaging the teacher.

The things we need you to do:

  1. Download the app (See the connection code sent with your student(s).)
  2. Make sure your students are connected to your account.
  3. See the App User Guide (attached here)
  4. Always display your car tag when picking your student(s) up from school. Keep track of this tag from year to year. It will not change.
  5. Go to the Parent Support page or call the school office if you have questions or need help!
