BISON BULLETIN

Parents:

We had another GREAT week. Students are getting into their routines!

Here are some of our highlights:

*Congrats to the Reveur Wolves.They earned 130 points

*PTA and Watch D.O.G.S. hosted their kick-off event

*Ms. Bryand's class earned the "Golden Broom"

*Mrs. Lund's class had the best attendance last week, 100%

*We had scientists in the lab

*We have made 43 positive phone calls home (Bison Spotlights)

Our attendance for this week was 95.69%. It went down from last week's 95.84%.

**Perfect attendance for the 1st nine weeks will earn ICE CREAM

What time does my child need to be in the classroom? In their classroom by 8:10 am

What bus does my child ride? Check the Smart Tag app for bus routes and times (more info below)

What should my child wear? All KISD students are expected to follow the Katy ISD dress code. (see below for details)

Can I drop off ...? Please refer to the attached list above for approved times and items.

Where does my child enter?

- Car Riders, Bikers & Walkers: main doors. Car rider line gate closes at 8:05 am

- All bus riders will enter from the bus drop-off zone.

- SPED Car riders: Pink car tag required. Enter through the staff parking lot and follow the crossing guard directions.

How do I pickup my child?

- Car Riders:

• Please, do NOT get out of your car. Pull in the line and follow the flow of traffic.
• Hang Dismissal Tag in rearview mirror.
• Follow the map for the car rider pick up line.

- Walkers: Please be at their designated location by 3:10 at the latest with Dismissal Tag.

- Day Care & YMCA will contact these parents directly.

What about breakfast and lunch? All students get free breakfast and lunch every day at CBE

Where can I get a new dismissal tag? Parent/guardians can email their teacher and we'll send it home with the student.
