OKACTE registration will be open on today, May 4, 2026, at 1:00 pm.

The attached, “Step-by-Step Instructions for Employees 2026”, came from OKACTE. It includes clear guidance on the registration process.

Please remember to use the sign-in sheets and the RSVP document to compile lists of students that did not attend information night. Once you have these lists completed, be sure to share those with instructors in order for the students to be contacted.

Get with your instructors to see if anything needs to be updated or changed for your existing programs or if new programs need to be added (Draft Linked Below). Please have these reviewed and updated by 5/21 and email Vera and Renee to let them know they are complete. They will then begin finalizing these for next year.

• Please ensure all interviews have been completed for your schools and interviewed students have been slotted or WL. Thanks for all of your work on this!

FTTC's annual purchasing freeze begins Wednesday, June 3. This includes Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Orders, Store Cards and P-Card purchases.

Please log into GCN and ensure you have completed your required GCN trainings. I have included the instructions below if you have trouble logging into GCN. Thank you for your help in getting these completed!!
