Principal's Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we observe Red Ribbon Week, I want to express my sincere gratitude for your partnership in keeping our students safe, healthy, and focused on their bright futures. This week is a powerful reminder of the positive choices that protect our children from drugs and violence, and it allows us to model the responsible, respectful behavior we want to see at home, at school, and in our community. Our staff’s creativity, energy, and teamwork are central to making Red Ribbon Week meaningful for every student. Through classroom activities, assemblies, hallway reminders, and family engagement events, we aim to build a culture of resilience, empathy, and courage.
Together, we will help our students understand that saying no to drugs is not just a personal decision but a communal value—one that relies on support from peers, teachers, families, and the broader community. I encourage you to engage with your child’s classroom activities, attend any planned events, and talk with your child about making healthy choices, managing peer pressure, and seeking help when needed. If you have ideas, resources, or questions about how we can extend these efforts at home, please reach out to our school, and we will gladly collaborate.
Thank you for modeling healthy choices, reinforcing safe and inclusive environments at home, and supporting our students as they navigate decisions that impact their well‑being and future success. Let’s work together to make Red Ribbon Week a memorable and impactful experience for every student.
Warm regards,
Will Zwingmann, Ed.S.
Principal
