All students playing sports will need to register with FinalForms and have a current physical on file. Forms are available in the office or go to https://www.hemlockps.com/o/athletics/page/athletic-registration--3.
Students who participate in sports need to make sure that all of their assignments and tests are turned in, graded and recorded by their teachers in a timely manner. Ineligibility is run every Thursday at 1:00 pm. Grades for every class count in order for you to participate in sports, so make sure you are checking in on your grades often every week.
When it is 32 degrees or below, or snowing, students are allowed inside due to the weather. 5th grade will sit at their lockers, 6th grade will sit at their lockers, 7th grade will sit in the cafeteria on the north side and 8th grade will sit in the main lobby.
