CPS Family Update

Students and Staff are working hard through the month of October. We have MAP testing behind us, as well as Open House and we look ahead to gain some momentum in the upcoming weeks, despite having a choppy November schedule. Today we had a fire drill, where our students did an exceptional job. Our 8th graders have been participating in an Environmental Science Field Trip walking through a portion of the "Coast to Coast" trail and learning about invasive species and forestry. Our 6th graders have the Read the Rock field trip on Friday, which they have been building up to in their English classes and we are excited to embrace our first Spirit Week next week as we work to Homecoming Weekend and the Island Cup. We are dedicated to getting those out earlier than past years.
