ATTENTION PARENTS-TRANSPORTATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED EACH SCHOOL YEAR
2026-2027 School Year Bus Transportation
Transportation Form Reminder
All families are required to complete a transportation form each school year.
If your student will be riding a Lakeland Area Bus, please take a few moments to complete the transportation form using the link below.
Submitting the form annually helps ensure the transportation information is accurate and up to date for the upcoming school year.
Lakeland Area Bus Service will be at our back to school Open House, Wednesday, August 26th, 2-6pm. If there are any questions you may have, stop by.
Thank you for your cooperation and prompt attention to this important task.
Bus Transportation App
Lakeland Area Bus Service Parent App Requirement
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Lakeland Area Bus Service is requiring all families with students who ride the bus to use the designated parent app for transportation information. The app will provide important updates regarding your child's bus route and help keep families informed throughout the school year.
We encourage all bus-riding families to download the app and complete the registration process as soon as possible to ensure you receive timely transportation information throughout the school year.
If you need assistance setting up the app or have questions regarding your student's transportation, please contact Lakeland Area Bus Service directly. They will be available during Open House also.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping ensure safe and efficient transportation for our students.
Extra Resources - Food Needs
Dear MJ1 Families,
At our school district, we are committed to supporting the well-being of every student and family. To help ensure that the needs of our families are being met, we have included a Google form sign-up for Hope in a Backpack, Thanksgiving Meals, and Christmas Meals. If your family is experiencing food insecurity or could benefit from additional support, we encourage you to sign up and we will contact you with more information. Our goal is to connect families with available resources in a respectful and confidential manner.
Please know that all information provided will be handled with care and used only to help us identify and respond to your family's needs. If you have any questions or need immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to contact the district office or Ms. Sandstrom (lsandstrom@mhlt.org)
We have also linked a food resource guide from FORK, Oneida, and Vilas counties with available food security resources in our area.
We are here to support our school community and appreciate the opportunity to serve our families.
