What an incredible journey it has been. Thank you for filling the past four years with hard work, resilience, and unforgettable memories.
As we head into graduation week, please review important ceremony details, schedules, and seating assignments below. For your convenience, downloadable maps, live stream link (coming soon) and future updates, can be found directly on our official Westerville Commencement Page.
Important Dates & Times
Please make sure you arrive on time for both events at the Celeste Center at the Ohio State Fairgrounds.
Rehearsal: Friday, May 22nd at 10:30 AM (Graduates must arrive by 10:00 AM)
Note: Rehearsal is for graduates only. Parents and guests do not attend rehearsal.
Graduation Ceremony: Saturday, May 23rd at 2:00 PM (Graduates and families arrive by 1:00 PM)
CRITICAL TRAFFIC NOTE: Traffic around the Ohio State Fairgrounds will be exceptionally heavy on Saturday. Please leave early to ensure you arrive on time and find parking without stress!
Parking Info: Parking is free for Friday's rehearsal. For Saturday's graduation ceremony, parking is $7 per car.
Seating Assignments & Procession
Please open the attached 2026 Graduation Student Seating Chart. The list is organized alphabetically by last name.
Action Item: Please find and memorize your specific Section, Aisle, and Seat Number before Friday.
Stage & Procession Map: Check out the linked picture of the stage. This visual shows exactly where your seat is located, how we will enter and exit the floor, and the flow for walking across the stage to receive your diploma.

Reminders & Expectations
Fees & Fines: A quick reminder that all outstanding school fines or fees must be paid prior to graduation. Our offices are open all week until 3:20 PM to take care of these.
Behavior & Dress Code: Please review the attached Expectations for Students and Parents document to ensure a smooth, respectful, and joyful celebration for everyone.
We are so incredibly proud of you, Class of 2026. Have a fantastic rest of your week, stay safe, and we will see our graduates on Friday morning at 10:00 AM!

Final Transcripts
Final transcripts will be sent towards the end of June. Counselors will send transcripts to colleges based on what the students selected in their "Senior Year End Activity" in SchooLinks. If your student has taken any CCP classes and wants to earn the college credit, they will need to request their college transcript directly from the college where they took the courses.
