"Win the Day" - 2022-2023 Nohl Canyon Vision

9.2.22 "Win the Day" Challenge -

  • Reflect on ONE way you PREPARE yourself to be successful in school (be ready to answer.. Mr. Jones might ask) - Parents, ask your learner what their ONE way to Prepare themselves to be Successful was....

"Win the Day" Description:

For the 2022-2023 school year, Nohl Canyons vision for staff, students, and families is "Win the Day".

"Win the Day" calls for each Nohl Canyon Community member to put forth their best individual effort each day, accomplish pre-set goals, and be the best PERSON they can be by following the Kaizen montra - "Continuous Improvement".

PARKING

We understand parking is a major issue at Nohl Canyon, especially during pick-up time. As a neighborhood school, we need to be respectful to our neighborhood neighbors when parking. Please follow the below expectations when picking up:

Trinity School Parking Lot: Mr. Jones is meeting with the director of Trinity this week to discuss positive solutions to allowing families to park in their parking lot during pick-up time.

Nohl Canyon Rd:

Please note the posted signs on the Northbound side of Nohl Canyon Rd "NO STOPPING". Due to the narrowness of Nohl Canyon Rd., cars that are stopped on the northbound side create a one car only roadway, creating an issue especially for emergency vehicles.

Please follow current laws and do not park within 15 ft of a fire hydrant.
